The Vibro 200 Pro is a flexible feeding technology component (vibratory feeder) that has been specially developed for the precise and reliable feeding of small and micro parts. Thanks to 8 actuators, it generates a 3D vibration that enables targeted separation of the components. The vibration plate can be replaced using a tool included in the scope of delivery ("quick-change system"), which significantly reduces changeover times. With a maximum part size of up to 20 mm and modular control (24 V, various bus interfaces: e.g., PROFIBUS, EtherCAT), the Vibro 200 Pro is extremely versatile. In addition, integrated LED backlighting is available, which enables optimized component detection by camera systems. Technically, the device is characterized by its compact design, simple installation, and robust long-term use.
