Product Configuration
The VIBRO 400 is our most powerful vibratory feeder for the flexible handling of small and miniature parts, specifically designed for higher throughput rates and larger components. Thanks to its eight actuators, it generates a 3D vibration that enables precise part separation. The vibration plate can be easily replaced using the included tool (“Quick-Change System”), significantly reducing changeover times. An integrated LED backlight is also available, optimizing part recognition by camera systems. Technically, the device features a compact design, easy installation, and robust long-term durability. Its modular construction and simple integration into existing systems make the Vibro 400 an efficient and flexible solution for variable batch sizes, complex part geometries, and demanding manufacturing processes.
